We will provide you with : -

An honest assessment of the state of your roof.

The options for repair or a new roof covering.

Details of any possible additional work such as replacement timbers.

We'll make sure you know about the work and materials involved by giving you the quotation in detail, so that there won't be any unpleasant surprises, and hopefully you should see exactly what you are getting for your money.

Costs and Payment

We realise that for most people the most daunting thing about roof repairs or renewals is the potential costs involved.

Please remember that it may not cost as much as you think. It might be a case of a few simple repairs, which will fix the problem. However, if you do need a new roof , you may be able to delay the work with running repairs in place until such time as you have organised the finance.

If your roof is leaking, it will almost certainly cost you more in the long term if the problem isn't repaired quickly.

Whatever happens, before we begin any works, we will agree with you all costs and payment terms before starting. We will not ask for any up-front payment to cover the cost of materials, although we may request interim payments throughout the course of the project with the balance due on completion.
